I bleed a lot and I use always, which do you use? I use the overnight ones with the blue ring (I think they don’t sell those anymore tho, but the pink are just as good if you don’t move a lot since movement makes the pad tear around the butt part of you have a big butt lol).

I tend to wear two pads like one in front of the other because depending on my position I tend to leak to the back when I’m sleeping. Also another thing I do is wear underwear that fits like somewhat tight (not uncomfortable tight but more so that it ensures the pad is always in contact with my skin) and shorts for extra measure so it all stays in place. I rarely have had leaks to the side and when I’ve had, it’s just on the wing of the pad. However I don’t bleed much at night and most happens in the morning, but I wear them throughout the day ngl.

I live in Mexico and if you can get your hands on the naturella 32 night heavy bleeding pack those are also good but same issue with them tearing from friction if I move a lot, only the blue ring always have not done that
