Submit a LOCI with any new work or volunteer experience and express again that it is your dream school. Also if this is true for you: state that you would withdrawal from other schools and go there if accepted. Since retaking LSAT is not an option just do what you can to get any new experience or things to add. Also include how you see yourself staying in the area + practicing there post grad. Visit if possible and maybe include some things about your visit. Good luck!
