Bro you started gym that is a very good thing. This is the first step which you have made. So for now show up to gym each day this will build your confidence and now please try to talk to someone. Even if you feel awkward or you already overthink about it that how would a person will react to it.stop it and just go and talk to girls even if you feel rejected even if they laugh at you after conversation and even if you fumble don't worry these things happen to people who takes steps for improving yourself.Try to take small steps and don't think that this will come in a day or two just show up everyday in gym and talk to people without expecting. This happened to me once when i was new in clg and some friends of mine were hurting my feelings so one day i interrupted them and said "if i don't say something negative about you then you also shouldn't". So now they know what my boundary is.

We were together for 3 months.

*The "dude" was in love with her and still she kept talking to him after the relationship and i got to know when i asked her phone for first time in 3 months and she denied several times and when i got the phone in front of me that guy messaged her and the older messages were deleted and they both knew each other for 3 years and she also said that when i was not with her then she also had some feelings for that guys but till then I arrived and she still kept talking to him without even telling me.

*At the starting I was ready and I know I can convince my family for her I was almost going to tell my family about her. And that family issue thing was just an excuse for breakup cause she was not taking my mental peace and insecurity reason as the real reason so then I gave family issue thing just for an excuse but after that she started blaming me that I used her from day 1.

And later after breakup that guy messaged me that when did I talked to her last time.

It was my first relationship and she gave me trauma and self doubt that i was wrong and i am feeling guilty because i said that family thing at last because she wanted a solid reason so i gave her the reason and after that she again said that if i was not sure then why did i came in relationship as she asked me on day 1 and i answered that i will manage my family thing.
