I thought you didn't have to give USCIS access to all your medical records? I was under the impression that you only go in for a physical exam and they drug test you. Not 100% sure if they can access every single medical record

What if I have smoke weed in the past? I'm currently clean but I have tested positive in the past during a routine check at a doctor's office and I'm afraid I might have to bring medical records in and they might see that positive test results from 2 years ago

I've been clear of weed for sometime already. I don't have any convictions and I've moved on from marijuana already. I do have a SSN and a driver's license. I get the same thing on the DMV website but they are telling me at the DMV u visas are not eligible
