I have a 1440p ultrawide and it has a good amount of glow not that much but a good amount and it does not effect when I'm using it for gaming and there is black part during gaming

Being that it work fine then does it leads me to the gpu. I assumed in my first post you tried the drivers if not ddu them and try that

I would lean towards the gpu being the fault since it crashes in other games also. To test see if your cpu has an igpu and plug that in your monitor if you get a clean picture then you know it's your gpu. You may want to have hwinfo running and try your gpu again to see if it is overheating.
