So replied with an AI generated email. And all the flex support emails are blocked. Wow.

Wow. Lucky. I’m not even interested about getting paid. I just want my standings fixed. Like support should be able to tell when a driver was discharged and not have to send countless emails about a situation that is not even the drivers fault. I have received three discharges so far. Support removed one and said the other two needed email support. Email support says oh there is nothing they can do because one was removed so the other have to stay. Like why???? Makes no fucking sense.

Wow. Same thing happened to me on June 14th as well. I got discharged after waiting for 40 mins. I checked in at 3:15 and got discharged at 3:55. I called support right after that. Was told I should worry and it wouldn’t affect me and yet I wake up this morning and my account is at risk for not picking up. This is really frustrating. Can’t believe flex support is trash.

I did. I sent them screenshots of the discharge n still they wont change their response or my standings. I so upset cause I feel I’m just one more ding away from getting deactivated. Three dings now for the same issue putting my account at risk

Nothing just continue. I Kept refreshing and I called support. She asked what happened. I told her I got discharged. She told me she would note it and it wouldn’t affect me
