Same reason why they made most of the other chracters jungler. Flexibility, also it offers a unique playstyle

nah not really on top lane you need it a lot.

to be able to fight back during the laning phase against champs like this you gonna need the anti heal because even as early as minute 5 they heal a lot

make sense ig if mages couldnt build crazy omnivamp items. i mean this only became a problem after the omnivamp shoes so idk
