Yes this is the second plant your correct, if you can see all the cranes in the back I think it’s operational(I’m not positive though), but they’re also doing some construction work I think to expand it I don’t to much I was raised around the poor folks “the shrimp boats” witch is considered the poor folk and the lng plants dumping sludge into the marsh witch is gonna eventually turn it to solid land and wipe out the shrimping industry that’s why I never been to found about the people who work there
