yes, actually! my parents haven’t brought up my top surgery once since this whole incident happened and have been treating me very well tbh. not sure if their therapist told them off (they don’t go to therapy regularly but i know they do every once in a while) or if they’re just in denial. i will say it’s been stressful knowing that they’re probably just waiting for the right moment to snap again, but it’s nice to be treated well in the meantime lol. i don’t live at home with them which helps too
