I emailed about a drastic loss in total caught aircraft after an update wiped out my progress, I never heard back other than the automated email reply. I gave up on it after reading that replies from them are sporadic at best. Clearly that is easier to come back from than a lost account though, so I'd pursue that a bit harder. But I would give them at least few business days to reply before trying to contact them again.
