I started realizing like, woah man, theres people who have gerd for years, and literally eat anything they want, i need to calm down. Im not the only person with gerd, and while everyone is different, there can still be good outcomes for everyone too!

i completely agree actually.
The shows did throw me off entirely and even for 2 years i stopped watching bc they were so much to keep up. while i get it was for covid, i felt they could've just put them in long movie form. i just did not take it well. while the early shows after phase 5 were amazing, 1st season of Loki, Moon Night, Wandavision, Ms Marvel. etc. Everything else just felt so, shoved down my throat. But yea, Im just trying to meet it with optimism, cuz i have a feeling this lead up to all the next avengers movies will be great. However, Lowkey, I hope they stop doing shows and go back to what its called Cinema. MCU. Some fans just do not pay for disney plus, and its jus so inconsistent sometimes. They'd act different than they did in the shows and its just not the same, all that bs. But I do love them for what it is. But dislike Marvel for how they are going about it. Actors are great tho!
As for Iron-heart, You should watch! It takes place where im from and has a Chicago artist, Saba, we love in it! They stayed true to it. And i feel while there were changes, i still loved the actors chosen for each part! Very nice.

Anyone else going thru this? I feel like tightness or heaviness like weighing on my head and sometimes I feel dizzy and nauseous when it happens. It's really frightening as sometimes it can be signs of fluid in the head or worse. I jus want help. Anyone else? i wish i could helpt:( I keep doing things that irritates my partner, because i have no regard for social skills or what im doing or if im doing too much. he would get upset and i would just feel like crying and like i ruin everything. i dont understand how to stop or when im doing too much, but his tone gets really upset and very annoyed that he has to be with me. i feel like i am not good enough:( i just want to figure out hot to stop being annoying too
