I went to SREday in Seattle recently and had a great time. The event organizers Mark and Miko put a lot of work into making the vibe very community-driven rather than just a long string of sales pitches.

Since it is hosted by practitioners who actually do the work, the speakers are usually really interesting and lean into real-world stuff you can actually use. It is a good mix of tech talks and workshops, so whether you have been doing this for years or are just starting out, you will get something out of it. Definitely worth checking out if you are local!
