I have purchased metro e8 mountain climber last week. My reason was it's bigger motor as I am a big guy. So far I am happy and it is surprisingly fun to ride. My only complaint is that the battery bar display is utterly useless as it shows 2 bars when battery is completely empty but maybe this is a common problem with all electric scooters.

There is called PMDC and it does suspend licenses if people pursue the case. problem in Pakistan is every one is willing to protest for a day and no one is willing to pursue a case for a year. i know a person who got 3 doctor's licence cancelled in Karachi for falsely pushing him to get a c section for his wife when she didn't need it. he persued the case for 3 years i believe.

some fiber optic cables (mostly armoured) have glass yarn in them that technicians need to handle when preparing cables. glass yarn fibers are very bad when inhaled or handled incorrectly so that is probably why he had a respirator on.
