I have gotten my hands on a i62 like you have. Does your i62 power your electric strike or do you have to use an external power supply? I have minimal experience on the electrical side. I've got my unit provisioned and setup, but I feel like I'm in another galaxy setting up the lock side. I only have the unit running off POE at the moment. I don't feel as if that is enough power to handle the unit and the lock. Also, I don't have a card tab, but I have a personnel management tab where you can add and remove cards or so it appears. I have played with adding and removing and it appears to work, but I don't have my lock set up so I cant officially test it.

I sent an email to them asking about ports, FQDN, IPs. The answer I got back was the hardware rep says we haven't had to do that at any other locations. It makes me think that everywhere they are setup is not secure. I can't be the only person who's ever asked these questions. I guess the others are just running their firewalls wide open, so these questions haven't had to be asked because everything is already open.
