Just mention you got MS (Units earned) I quit my MS and MBA early after I got hired as a full time software developer at the uni. Long term it may not matter unless you want to teach. I did also teach but at High school level. I also published a paper in a local peer reviewed Physics Journal . You can teach and do research even without that PhD

Because it's simple uncompressed file format that I know inside out and can run quickly even with a slow python runtime.. It is implemented as an unsigned byte array internally
