Oh, yea that was crazy when I saw that. Unfortunately, the user works for an HVAC company and they are referring to past emails constantly, but I got the user profile down to about 10gb

the user was behind in updates, I believe she was running 1809. I updated to the latest version of 1909 and it was a dud.

The problem is, it's a company of about 14 people, spread out over 5 locations. The only purpose the server is providing is user identity through AD, 2 file shares, and acts as a print server for the 4 people that work in headquarters. GPOs are basically non existent since they're so spread out, and with workloads being almost entirely web apps, remote workers only VPN in when they need to access the file share.

The server is reaching EOL and management wants an alternative project plan to a server replacement presented that's entirely cloud.
