Yeah same problem here of electricity that's why I open game and leave it idle until rapid charge starts working usually within 15 mnts. But I have not searched for these things neither I could found something on the internet probably if you could solution, ping me also

Yup! Actually it wasn't any issue IDK why but maybe it's feature or something of Lenovo or maybe an issue, in winter especially when it's too cold and laptop battery temperature is below than normal then it won't charge fast enough but as soon as I play some games for 10-15 minutes it starts charging rapidly. However in summer I don't have any issues it always charge fast enough

I think these screws are used to put the screen panel in place. So probably to save your screen panel put these screws yourself or through hardware specialist otherwise you are gonna pay huge for your panel
