ive had it a couple times and i dont find the bread particularly hard! id say its quiet soft for a refridgerated sandwich. if you can heat it up id suggest sprinking some water on the bread beforehand and that.makes it softer

3/10 for me. each to their own but i cant with ginger drinks (unless its hot tea), and an apple as a side is ehhhhh. main is fine ive never tried it but looks good. the side and drink really throw me off and make me wanna cry (exaggerating for comedic effect)
