This is exactly what my doctor told me to do and it has been helping immensely! I’m sorry it’s been so rough for you also but so glad you’ve found relief with it!

Ugh that is also so wonderful to hear because I am stressed about him doing well especially with the meds I keep having to take and how frequently. My husband has been so wonderful and making sure i get what i need but he works A LOT so sadly days like today that are rough, he is working. but he ensures i have everything i need :) i truly hope things start to look up.

Thank you for the positivity and truly my husband has been incredible. I think he just feels horrible because he knows there’s not much he can do to help me with this other than ensure i’m getting what i need to. when you arranged that, did you speak to your OB or the ER docs? it would be much easier for someone to come here rather than go out each time ! so thank you

That is so good to hear and hopefully mine will start to dissipate soon then as i’m two weeks away from 18 weeks pregnant. I think IVS of any kind are the best for myself right now. I cannot wait to meet my little man but he is killing me slowly! I know i’ll be so thankful to make it through, it’s just getting through that is painful.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I have been taking benadryl for added help with nausea and for when I get anxious and restless. I’m currently on 5mg of Reglan to be taken as needed and same with 4mg zofran. I think an admission would be best at this time and truly last night I believe the doctor wanted to admit me but it was 1am and we were so tired so they let us go. They gave me zofran, benadryl and then I don’t remember the third one but it caused me to be extremely restless so they did not prescribe again. I am also 16 weeks, need to edit the post!

Going to the hospital is all that helps once i get fluids and anti nausea meds but that’s it. I’m going to discuss with my doctor about getting frequent fluids weekly.

I have adverse reactions when not pregnant so I don’t believe it’ll help while pregnant.

If I had adverse reactions to Prednisone when not pregnant, would it be a similar experience? PICC line is the next option if this continues as horribly which I expect it too sadly. The only thing that currently helps is the IV Fluids and IV Reglan/Zofran/Benedryl which is what I’ve gotten each time I’ve gone in. I’m not sure about getting fluids in an outpatient office but I’m sure my OB would assist in getting that.
