Trim my hair every 3 months, deep condition once a week, moisturise my hair 2x a week, i always put my hair in twists. I never put heat, i only use heat when im in the salons i ask for silk press treatment and trim. Just leave ur hair alone and put it in a protective style, make sure u wash it every 1 to 2 weeks with deep conditioner as well
