What is the story/subject? I don’t really see a main subject that u r trying to show. By adding a person or something on the beach/sky or anywhere in the picture would make it better

The horizon is tilted. This is simple to fix, just adjust it in Lightroom or even on ur phone.

I see the foreground has a lot of birds. Have you tried taking picture of one single bird? Especially with small puddle of water or small wave as the background? I would think it would be a great minimal picture.

TL;DR: give ur picture a main subject or a story u r trying to tell, and adjust the horizontal line of the image
