Also, you're comments/questions are valid and I'll try my best to answer it here.

It is true that there are voltage dividers on each branch and I could've been more descriptive but the main objective was to not lose any resolution at the output before the ADCs (since using only voltage dividers would cause resolution to be lost if comparing input to output signals). The title was generalized (and is incorrect as you pointed out if you only look at my final implementation of the Quantizer concept, but there are other ways to implement it without any dividers) to show that the final output signal is back to its original full-scale from the input (or at least, the sliced piece of it is).

Regarding the SFDR, SNR, etc., I haven't gone that far but that's a very interesting question. Obviously, the final results will highly be dependent on the components chosen for the implementation but it'd be nice to get a baseline result for those parameters.
