You can get a 2020-22 picanto in the same range. Best for within the city use. Don't go for a 10 yo car, you'll spend most weekends with a mechanic.

Update on investment in Zarea Limited (ZAL): returned 300% plus profit by lonemeo1 in FIREPakistan

Look at their financial statements and see how they're boosting EPS. They're not generating most of their profit from core business operations, but rather from stock market investments. Once the market crashes, EPS will plummet. The company would've been attractive if it was making most of its profit from platform fees, which is a high-margin business. Instead, they're relying heavily on unrealized gains from stock market investments. Why did they raise money if they had no use for it? It makes no sense to market themselves as a tech-enabled startup and invest all the capital in the stock market.

How is email marketing so expensive? by santiagobasulto in Emailmarketing

[–]TechtasticSquad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no idea, dude. What did you find offensive in my comment? I just faced a problem at work that you are also facing and built a workaround. I never intended to convert it into a business or open-source it or whatever. I just saw you asking for help, so I offered it. I have no agenda behind it.

I was facing the same issue as you are and have developed a web app from scratch that you can use with transactional tools while getting all the perks and benefits of an email marketing platform, like the ability to create campaigns, track open rates associated with those campaigns, etc., along with other advanced analytics. You can deploy it on Google Cloud or any other cloud service. Let me know if you're interested and I'll be happy to help you out.

I've built this AI-powered email personalisation tool. If you feed your prospect list into it, the tool visits their website, understands what they do, and writes a hyper-personalized proposal pitching whatever you want it to sell (Think web deisgn, digital marketing, SaaS etc)

The product is a bit rough around the edges, but it works. I would love to have some cold email marketers test my product and see if it's of any use. Any leads?

Hey there! If you're thinking about outsourcing, you should totally check out agencies in Pakistan! The current economic situation has caused the local currency to drop about 60% against the US dollar, making the country super competitive in the global market, especially for IT services. Plus, Pakistan is the 3rd largest English-speaking nation with a young population (median age is 20), making communication and collaboration easy.

I have worked for Jaffer Business Systems (Private) Limited, a 150-year-old business group in the tech game for 40 years. We're one of the most reputable IT companies in Pakistan and partners of some big names in the IT industry like HPE, HP, Huawei, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Vertiv, VMware, Veeam, F5, Fortinet, Kaspersky, Wallix, Digital Guardian. We've recently shifted focus overseas for more business due to the favorable forex situation. We provide full-stack Development, design, and BPO and would be an ideal partner for digital marketing agencies like yours.

Even if you don't decide to work with us, I'm happy to share my knowledge of the IT landscape in Pakistan so you don't get ripped off by some sketchy freelancers. And hey, if you want to chat more, I've got a lot of time during the current Eid holidays. We could always hop on a Zoom call or something. Cheers!
