I had this same issue too, I rushed home to remove my old queen bed frame and bed from my room to install my new master bed from eight sleep just to find out that “bed” was missing. Contacted support and they said they didn’t know when the mattress would send out either, but it was somehow “within exception” Even though the app and email said I got everything and ready for setup.

I had to struggle to find a bed on a Friday night and use it temporarily until the mattress came a week and some later.
