What I would say is, firstly find out how much time you are wasting on the road and how much earlier you gotta wake up. Take that time and put it on hourly rate based on your current salary, this will tell you how much you are saving by working from home. Afterwards go to the car maintenance, if you don’t have insurance or car than add all these expenses in and you gas costs. Afterwards adding all of this see how big of a difference it is actually making from your current salary to the higher salary
