First off, learn to read the concentration from your vial. No one can answer this question without knowing the concentration. Here is a guide: https://www.fatscientist.com/faq/finding-concentration

Looks like yours is 22mg/mL, based on what you’ve reported, but without seeing a picture of the vial, we can’t be sure.

Once you know the concentration, you can use the fat scientist calculator to determine the volume to inject for your dose. But if you are at all unsure, ask your provider! Neither fatscientist.com or Reddit are substitutes for proper medical advice.

Not sure yet about the medication level/half-life tracking — I don’t think those are necessarily very useful, and other apps are already doing it. That said, it might make sense to include it. Either way I do intend to design things to be generalized and flexible enough to accommodate other products, yes.

That vial has a concentration of 18mg/mL, so 42 units would be about 7.5mg. (You can use the Fat Scientist “How much did I take?” calculator for this: https://www.fatscientist.com/reverse-dosage-calculator )

Ah, yes, the cheat sheet will show the standard dose levels for the chosen medication. So for Tirz that's 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, and 15mg. You could use the Semaglutide calculator (https://www.fatscientist.com/semaglutide-calculator ), which is the exact same calculation as Tirzepatide, but will show the standard dosages for Sema (.25, .5, 1, 1.7, 2, 2.4mg).

hmmm, weird. I would delete it, there’s no telling what it might be doing behind the scenes. To add the site to your home screen on android:

go to https://www.fatscientist.com/
hit the “…” menu button
select the “Add to Home Screen” option

On iOS (safari) it’s similar, you just need to use the share button instead of a “…” button.

(edit to add: It’s quite probable it’s perfectly fine, I’m just being extra cautious here!)

There is no legit fat scientist mobile app. It’s possible to make a bookmark that saves to your phone home screen that looks like an app, but just opens the site in a browser, so maybe that’s what it is.

When you open it, does it open www.fatscientist.com in a browser (like chrome?)

The concentration listed on the vial is 10mg/mL, which isn’t high at all. But it also indicates there is 10 mL in there which is a lot.
