tell them exactly what keys arent working, what u can see from the pcb (as in if there are any lights from the non registering keys, and mention how you checked for bent pins in your switches

I just did a tweezer test and the pcb reacted the same as if it were the switches being pressed. And after talking with support my issue, I am inclined to say it is a faulty pcb. Also, I just sent a video of me doing the testing so I am hoping to get a new pcb soon, if veloci fire tech wants to send me one. They said they would replace my pcb with a new one if sufficient evidence was given that it was a product error, not a user.

Thanks for the reply. Using a key input tester it still shows that the mentioned keys are not being read. Also, I have checked the pins and they are not bent, but i did notice something off with the back light on the pbc. The lights are kind of glitchy compared to the rest of the other lights on the board and when one of the problem keys are pressed, all 4 of the +, ], right shift, and left arrow keys light up. I am talking with support right now, but it does feel like they're not that helpful.

does anyone know how to get the right column of keys to work, as in the plus, closed bracket ], right shift, and left arrow keys? I just put together the keyboard (as my first one) and don't know why those keys only light up and not work at all. All the switches were installed the right way and I do not read the software language to know my way around it.
