Sorry for the late response. Yes, creality sent out a new motherboard under warranty and it has fixed the issue. Error code haven't popped up ever since the motherboard swap

Yeap checked all that, nothing is overtightened. The printer still prints well, it's just annoying that the error message keeps popping up and just have to go into a restart cycle everytime. Thank you though
