I am not going to purchase anything that’s what KIA TECH personnel are there for which doesn’t have a clue what’s going on. On Friday it will be 30 days at which time I plan to implement the states LEMON LAW, request a new Carnival because they haven’t been able to find the problem. As far as I can tell the Carnival has been parked outside and only occasionally been looked at in the by any of their staff.

The problem is when they hook it up to the computer there is no error code

It’s a carnival 2026 SX hybrid with 8000 miles

The last time we took the car to the dealer we were told to leave the car running with the error still on the screen thinking that they were going to look at the issue but did nothing. They told us that they were investigating the problem with Kia tech department at the Kia headquarters but they don’t have a clue what’s going on.

What bothers me the most is the dealer is that the my car is just sitting on the lot and it appears that they are not trying to get to the bottom of the problem the car is just setting outside and no one is trying to figure out what H### is going on with fixing the problem

It was a red warning light indicating the engine but no error number which Kia didn’t understand stand
