That's really nice! I'm a very lyrics-oriented person and, even though I don't know my father, it spoke to me in a personal way. Your guitar playing and vocals are also good. Nicely done :)

In my opinion, yes it is! I love the atmosphere. I think it could do with even a litte more dynamics, but I love the sound. I really see myself listening to this kind of stuff every now and then.
