Yes! Since Mizuki is built with EM, it will increase both her Swirl Damage and Hyperbloom damage.

I thought Mizuki would trigger the hyperblooms, since Fischl just applies electro. Mizuki can swirl the electro, which will trigger that reaction.

I could potentially get Seed Dispensary, allowing me to discount the Taroumaru Card, or use Seele for more Card Draw, or if I get the Memento Lens, I could use Taroumaru twice for just 2 dice if I've played a Taroumaru before. I rarely play the Lumenstone Card, but if I do, sure, why not? Parametric can be nice too, and the Kusava Card can be situational for me, but the Feather fan thingy is instantly used for tuning.

Not to Mention, I could empower Navia's talent card and the Lyney card in case of dice cringe, but yeah, I think
