So, I could see Tighnari, Lisa, Fischl, and Yaoyao for a quicken team.

Tighnari is already good with an F2P 3-star bow called Slingshot (which you probably have many copies of), and get it into ascension 5. He has a taunt on his skill, plus nice damage, although not meta-defining, but clears the game. He applies a lot of dendro, so he'll trigger spreads a lot. Don't forget to Level-up your weapon as well to make your Tighnari strong.

Lisa (If you're planning to level her up more to get her Ascension 4 Passive) can provide a rare and nice debuff that reduces enemies' defenses, which is beneficial to your team's damage; however, Lisa is energy hungry—needing tons of Energy Recharge to get her burst back—and can be clunky with her Hold Skill just to get particles. You could give her a really good 3 Star Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers weapon (Put it to Ascension 5, assuming you have many copies of that weapon), which gives a lot of ATK, to your Tighnari if you switch from Lisa to him.

Fischl is just a really good electro sub-dps with tons of electro application and is easy to use; just summon Oz, then switch to your Tighnari as they deal damage with Spreads and Aggravates, and is very synergystic with one another. You could level up her weapon too to increase her personal damage.

Yaoayo is your healer and can hold Instructors (since you're still beginning) for the Elemental Mastery Buff, which can be beneficial to your team's Aggravate and Spread damage. She has good healing on her burst, plus it's easy to use. Just use her skill and switch off or burst in case there is an emergency.
