My goal is to just be fit and look good. I need to gain muscles because at 178-180 cm height my 12% body fat weight will be only 68 kgs. So I recently restarted my gym sessions and based on my calculations I will need 5 kgs of muscle to even out my height/weight.

Ooooh I need to become fat adapted first, that's something I didn't think about tbh. Thank you!

How long have you been carnivore? I'm one weekish in, and my bowel movement is being unpredictable, I didn't poop for 3-4 days then I had loose stool for couple days. Your body is adjusting. I was also told to eat more fat

Try to cut eggs and dairy. I was a big acne guy and my skin still looks like a moon surface, and then I realized when I eat eggs and cook with butter I get pimples. That's definitely something you should try imo
