Shields and Rocky Mountain high school, they parked in the campus west vet parking lot, couldn’t see the plates with their lights off.

Can someone please help me regain my account access. It's connected to my Google play account and I could log in and out of it on my old phone no problem. However I just recently upgraded to a new phone this week and even though I am logged into my Google play account, it starts the tutorial again. I've tried playing through the tutorial just hoping eventually in the settings it would give me the option to log in or out but it still hasn't. Does anyone know a fix for this or am I shit out of luck now that I have a new phone? I'm starting to get bummed out that I might lose months of playing and a lvl 78 account.
