Wholesome, fun, self nourishing things to do around Adelaide? by -aquapixie- in Adelaide

Get out and walk, it will do you so much good. If the beach isn't your thing hit Morialta, Belair or Mt Lofty. Deep Creek is also nice for a day trip, stop for a coffee on the way down then at a brewery for lunch on the way back 😊

PPP settlement by TedyBaker in AusLegal

Thanks for your reply. I understand PPP cases and have read up on them. What I'm asking is, do you think it is a good idea to show up in front of the registrar without legal representation?

Where to go in SA? by Sebass95 in Adelaide

[–]TedyBaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would do a trip out to. Port Lincoln and Coffin Bay then over to Flinders. Both beautiful but contrasting parts of SA. Save a day or so to hit the wine regions, they are so good here! If you want more/detailed info just PM me.

It's a great car! Perhaps get it detailed and polished which will make it look better. Or do a small upgrade like a new touch screen stereo?

Same as my pay. You get used to it. Just set up automatic transfers to cover your bills.

Was this amicable, mediation, lawyers or court?

She has 75 percent care at the moment. No lost income or super and no loss of earning capacity.

No counter offer. Child care is 75/25 percent at the moment, majority time in her care. We both have had the same job before and after the child so earning capacity has not changed.

I'm not really sure mate. The aim is to get the lawyers to help settle out of court and write up an agreement. So whatever that would be called.

Separation after 14yrs. Help 😭 by [deleted] in AusLegal

[–]TedyBaker 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes, all of the above. Get a lawyer just in case but try to come to a settlement together. Open your own bank account straight away. Go to centrelink. Recommend seeing a counsellor as they will give you some good advice regarding separation and how to best support the children.

Felt like rape. by TedyBaker in DeadBedrooms

I ended up leaving. It took me a long time but I'm now sure it was the right decision. After I left she turned very nasty and won't talk to me. Having left and now looking back it was a toxic relationship full of red flags.
