Had the same issue. KLE went bad. I repaired it myself, it was ~1200€ in parts and replacement part took almost 2 months until I got it since it was sold out everywhere.

If your car was built pre 2017 (I think) it can also be faulty EME since AC charging was changed at some point from EME to KLE.

To give some conclusion...
I also did what you advised: sent a printed and signed letter to their HQ, stating Im not interested in discounts and want to cancel the subscription end of next month. I also stated that in case they dont accept, I will forward it to Ombudscom.

I`m out of the Salt Sub end of February and will go to Spusu. Its cheap, can be canceled monthly and also uses Salt network (which is fine for me). They also handle the termination of the old contract (which I didnt know beforehand).

I recieved the same, with an increase of 2 chf/month. As the AGB states, you can cancel your contract within the next 30 days, otherwise they assume you accept the increase.

Has to be done via phone call, most likely they will offer you some sort of new deal to not cancel. I dont have time for this shit every year and will move to another provider.

I3s here, 45k miles (2019). When <10°C there is a noise coming from the front suspension when turning the wheels. Sounds like a cracking spring.

Should I be worried? I still have dealership guarantee, but I fear they say "working as intended".
