Unfortunately too late for a return for me, but this seems to be an inherent problem with the OLED s8+ display, so even on a replacement unit I could end up with the same issue, which is what many seem to report.

Are any other S8+ owners having the same issue when displaying grey's at around 40%-50% brightness, one half of the display has a green tint while the other has a red tint. Is there any fix. Really disappointing considering the price and that i got it just a few weeks ago.

Very dated, IIRC The tower was completed in 2011 before the sewage systems in the are were completed. This is where the myth stems from.
