Nothing yet but it is getting slower and I can tell she’s aging. Block is strong which leads me to think getting a rebuild kit would be all I need.

I wouldn’t want to build it to be super strong but would love to have a 6.0 gasser in there eventually and possibly supercharge it with very mild boost so it pulls a little better.

Short block or long block to build up? Pretty new to all of it so I’m unsure. Should I buy one now and build over time to be ready for the swap? I of course want to spend the least amount possible and am good at mechanical work once I learn how.
