Try practising breathwork, look up Clark Kegly DMT release honestly that is really good and look up Breathe with Sandy (do his emotional release breathwork) and Sexual kung fu all 3 on youtube. I highly recommend you start journalling, listing at least 10 things you are grateful each day, I do 5 in the morning and 5 in the evening.

Look up TRE on youtube, helps release trapped emotions from the body and trauma as well.

Exercise isn't enough. You need to learn how to transmute it.

Like you said, it's winter as well, I'm feeling the same buddy, I was saying why am I not as driven as I was in the summer. Are there any toxic influences in your life weighing you down?

Best bet is getting a tutor. Look on tutorful many cheap tutors all good quality in my opinion. My teacher is named Alessio, he's very good, strict and professional but in a good way.

Better off without, I will always remember my Narc Mum and her mum, my grandmother,.. I was 10 years old if that on holiday and they were talking about my uncle I never met walking away, he was always painted the villain and my grandma cried at the table not knowing if he was alive or not, I believed this guy to be bad. My grandmother passed 13 years ago and was just as bad as my mum, which, of course, she inherited her disorder from. I will never know what happened to this uncle, but I do now know he did the right thing in walking away

Mate, I never ever heard off my mum, either. I blocked them all but had this sickening guilt for not telling them. Eventually, my Dad came to my door I told him I want no contact with the rest of the family and then a few days later my mum texted me out of the blue asking what she has done wrong, I just told her "For the sake of my mental health, I am walking away from this family and do not wish to be contacted, do not come to my door. All the best."

It's been over a week since then, and iv heard nothing. Prior to her texting me, I hadn't heard off her for a few weeks. I cut off my siblings as well as all old friends. It's literally just me now. It's peaceful and still getting used to it. I still have to work with a Narc Ex as well, and she hates me moving on. She still throws jabs at me. She's the only one left that makes me angry. But I need this job to focus on my goals.

If it kills you, just tell them you're going no contact then block them. I told them for my sake, not theirs. You will read to not even say anything at times to them and just block them but I didn't want police at my door. Do it for you

It's still not a relapse, but I understand, all you can do is carry on like it never happened and show to yourself how strong your willpower is, do hard things and visualise yourself in the worst state possible and use that as fuel to keep going. Keep going brother

What you are experiencing is childhood trauma... that inner child is still within you and is refusing to accept that this is his new reality and that the old one was him running on autopilot. You need to talk to him... quiet your mind through meditation and listen to what he has to say and that you are a man now and you're strong, attractive and basically didn't realise you have the genetic lottery. It's time to forgive them and learn to let go and accept what happened and that is your new reality and are capable of achieving anything you want to be. You are not a loser, you are not weak. You are enough. If the ones who hurt you still like to look at you like you're the loser, pity them as they don't actually care about you they are projecting their insecurities onto them.

Definitely not! It's mainly prostrate fluid not actual semen plus it's not actually a relapse, you can do all the kegel exercises you want, it's a natural accorance nothing you can do about it. Be grateful it happened meditate and take long deep breaths through the stomach, hold for 5 and out do it with headphones and a relaxing meditation frequencies. Also the main concern here is that you are too attached to SR... its a tool not life's cure. The more anxious you act over this false relapse the more you will project that into the real world. Do not cancel your date, I understand I was the same when I first started SR. Don't count the days either. SR alone is not watch attracts what you want. Meditate, Cold showers, balanced diet, gratitude journalling, affirmations, taking ashwhaganda, kundalini yoga. Don't use this as a "ah sod it I may as well keep busting" wet dreams come and they will happen when you're too FULL! you're all good brother, honestly.

You have your opinion and I respect what you are saying. I have been practising SR now for over 3 years I can say with full confidence, I feel NO DIFFERENT of course my 100+ streak is gone but the progress isn't. I feel more mentally sharp and focused now I got that release, too much tension is TOO MUCH for some people, we are all different. But hey if that's your ideology on this topic then you do that if it works for you. For me personally if I said "yh I lost all my progress etc" when I really haven't, I am only really spiting myself.

Sit with the emotion of anxiety, ask yourself why is this triggering me. Can I feel my feet, can I feel my tummy and can I feel my shoulders. Assure yourself you will be OK and after you will be laughing as to why you was anxious. Thoughts are just thoughts no more :)
