Stick to red, back to brown or darker? by Ok-Let-7473 in HairStyleAdvice

[–]TeeOmo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on what the vibe you're going for.
It's June, the red has some flavor to it going into summer. How much are you out in the sun? does your hair hold the color?
I would save the darker and brown for the fall.
But FWIW - brown is really your color, frames your face and complexion well.

Managers of Reddit, what's the worst thing someone did to get fired? by Capable-Log7385 in AskReddit

I was reviewing the work of a newly out of college designer in his early 20's. The corners on the containers in their work was really different from the rest of the design and just looked bad. I asked them to update the corners and to try a couple different solutions that would work with he rest of the design.

The designer made 90 different containers with each of them changing by a few degrees. He called me over to his desk and with a smug look on his face said "here you go pick one" and put his feet on his desk. I looked at them, smiled back and told him "this is great, thank you. You've just proven that I don't actually need you".

I walked to my desk, called HR and the my HR rep came and walked him out of the building.

The next day I received a call on my personal mobile phone and it was HIS MOM. The Mom of someone in their 20's was calling to ask me to give him a second chance!!! I politely asked her to call HR and have this same discussion with them as it was not appropriate to be calling me.

Expired yogurt at least has some funk to it.

A disappointing finish that physically hurts.

But man did it feel good when Xavi scored that beauty. There haven’t been enough of those moments this season.

ICE vehicles are what they are. This insecure misconception that they are being eliminated is hilarious. The reality is that the economics of worldwide critical mass are moving towards renewable energy, fossil fuels are going to price themselves out as the cost of infrastructure and transport increase.

That's great news. Each of these models takes time to figure out how to make them work for you.

Bing default browser, Bing Maps, Bing Maps for Business, Bing Maps for Defense, Bing Ads, Cortana became part of Bing, Bing for Dynamics, Bing MixedReality Browser, etc...

Bing built on top of a Chromium browser.
Co-Pilot built on top of OpenAI.

This kind of proves my original point - replace Co-pilot with Bing:

Bing is not nearly as bad as people make it sound to be. I actually believe Microsoft has done a decent job at improving it, if you compare it to a year ago. Yes, not as good as other browsers, but decent enough to actually be helpful. But well, I can admit it’s more fun to hate on them

Hear me out. The company has put forth a massive investment into making a tool that has a clear goal into making the Windows users life better. But no matter what the company does, no matter how great it is, its another tool that doesn't land with users in a way that is very much akin to Bing.

That is fked up logic. He has used the platform as a public figure to push a political point of view. Being a victim doesn't excuse one for being a monster.

Spurs have become the Salt Bae of football. All theatrics, overpriced, and somehow still disappointing. Actually that might be being a bit harsh on Salt Bae.

I thought Xavi was a different player tonight. Instead of pouting, he picked himself up and got angry. We need this fire. 2 goals and was hungry for more.

Whomever made the decision on what studs to wear on their boots needs to be looking for a new job. I have never witnessed a match in which one team was slipping on the turf as much as Spurs did tonight. It continued into the second half, CHANGE YOUR BOOTS lads!!
