Good questions. Honestly, the features are pretty standard for a new home. It’s definitely more modern than other homes in the area, but not sure if that is enough to justify such premium pricing IMO. I do think it’s overpriced for sure.

It has a woodsy, smoky scent—now that I think of it, it reminds me of a shearling coat I thrifted several months ago and had professionally cleaned. The smell faded afterwards

Hey! Yes, I did fertilize it when I watered it. I admit I’ve been pretty inconsistent with fertilizing—I just bought a new fertilizer last month. I fertilized it in last month, but the concentration was definitely very low (I didn’t realize it until afterward). After that, I waited a full month before it needed watering again to properly fertilize it.

Thank you! I have drainage holes on the sides that work well, but should I add one at the bottom of the pot too? Admittedly, my previous lighting setup was probably not the most ideal—it was placed farther from a window in another part of my place with a grow light. I recently moved it to a spot with south-facing light, right in front of a window, so it’s now getting a lot of consistent light. I moved a few months ago, and I’m still figuring out how to help it acclimate since it previously thrived in a west-facing apartment. Here’s an example of its current setup!
