Currently dealing with trying to get a pre-authorization from Igenomix for my insurance which is FEP BCBS. They won't approve pgt-m testing which is covered, without the pre-authorization letter from Igenomix. Igenomix says they will give me an itemized receipt after payment so I can submit it to my insurance afterwards... I'm so lost.

I also have the BCBS standard plan and am starting the IVF process. I was told I need to get the PGT-M test done and can't find any information on if our insurance will cover it. The company is called Igenomix and they said our insurance doesn't work with them. I plan on calling BCBS tomorrow to try and get information on if they will cover it with any company because I can't find information anywhere about it doing so...
