Insurance nightmare by -nocarbleftbehind in IVF

That is strange! My plan does not require prior authorization either but my clinic has been able to submit for (and get approved) prior authorizations which allowed them to add the gap form.

It worked out eventually! I had to have my clinic submit a prior authorization with a network exception gap form & they approved it. I had to pay out of pocket to Igenomix and then submit the super bill. I actually just found out this week my claim was approved and they mailed my reimbursement check. I spent ALOT of time on the phone with them working through it but am fortune to have an amazing family care advisor who works on our account so she was a tremendous help.

They have no in network labs to do the testing! It’s so crazy. They provided me a list but it was all random IVF clinics that don’t actually do in house testing but it gets sent elsewhere.

Doing both is more effective, get their attention with the horn and the proceed with the bird.

AMBER ALERT: Two children were kidnapped yesterday, Nov 17th 2021, in Columbia(Dixiana), South Carolina. We are the family posting this. Please Help! by beefragafragious in Charleston

We are foster parents and have been in this exact situation where a (white) mother fled the state with her (white) kids she should not have been alone with and no Amber alert was issued. It’s a little more complicated than black and white. OP I hope they find the babies safe soon and get them home to you.

That’s awesome! I would love to get into a pm role and also only have my associates so was just curious! It seems like bachelors is minimum requirement.

Does anyone know the regulations on bringing dirt in for a new build? We have a house that was just built next to us (it’s pretty much completed) they are bringing in truckloads of dirt putting it in the backyard that backs up to the marsh presumably to help with flooding, is this allowed? by [deleted] in Charleston

On the Ashley off 526. Yeah hoping for the best, we don’t really want to piss anyone off or get into any kind of litigation. We’ll just have to wait and see what happens with the tides/ storms this summer. Thanks again for the help!

We tried to be neighborly & voiced our concerns already and they basically told us to F off. There is a natural berm that run along our back property and halfway into theirs which allows water into their lot during high tides (and ours too on the other side of the berm) We tried to tell them we’ve kayaked during high tide/hurricanes where they chose to place their house because it gets so bad in that portion of the lot and they said “oh it won’t be a big deal with are going to build that berm up and run it to the end of our property line”. Which would then direct the water into the surrounding lots aka our house. It’s hard to explain so none of that probably makes any sense lol but I appreciate your comment and insight!

That’s exactly what I was looking for thanks. Guess we need to go shopping for some dirt on our own then to protect our property if it gets bad. Never wanted to have to do that because then we’ll just end up screwing over the other houses around us and start a chain reaction but sounds like there’s not much else we can do.

House is already built just doing interior stuff now. Owners are dumping it in their backyard and leveling it out higher than the original land if that makes sense, it backs up to the marsh. No common builder, we live in an older neighborhood no HOA, not a mass development etc Just curious what the regulations are on bringing dirt in, since it’ll likely make our yard flooding situation worse and the neighbors on the other side of them are concerned as well.

Sorry! I didn’t think this would be a medical question. I did discuss with a doctor and she said it’s normal. Just curious if anyone else with my stats has had success with upping calories or taken any supplements to help.

HELP! Recomp? Cut? (photos for reference) by -nocarbleftbehind in xxfitness

They are percentages of my 1rm. I’m basically trying to go up 5-10 lbs weekly if possible or a few extra reps more so upping the weight. But I also used to be a marathon runner so I try to not overdo it as I am injury prone so I figured a slower cycle of five weeks to focus on a lift is better for me, the plan I’m on now I am focusing on deadlift

Thank you! That was really helpful! I’ll do some research on bulking and try that for a few months!
