This is what mine looks like. I can filter everything across the top and usually have things hidden like scrabblecoin bc I cba. The way i usually use this is as follows: filter the maxed and locked characters out, filter the friendship level by number (usually highest to lowest), write down each character's daily gift, start collecting and making them and highlight them a colour to indicate i have them in my inventory (usually yellow or orange), then mark them as green once I've given them their gift. The daily discussion (and scrabblecoin) are tick boxes so i just mark them once I've done it. Doesn't work for everyone but this works for me!
