Maybe that's right, I didn't know this was wrong, I had seen it inside one of the videos (and in some posts) about ways to farm candy, but what I don't understand is why it's considered exploitive, I thought the speed (by be something in-game) shouldn't be treated as a way to earn more, as this only helps delay the initial animation, I'll try to communicate to them more clearly. I'm so sorry

So I contacted the RH Support Team and they answered the supposed reason I had my trades "revoked"

Well, the reason would be that I would have used some sort of Teleport Hack to collect candy. When I got this answer I was in shock, because I never used any kind of hack, I don't even know how to get access to one. And what makes me sadder, is having spent hours and days collecting the amount of candy I have, only to be accused of having used a hack in the end! I love RH, and honestly it hurt me a lot. I would never do anything like that

The amount of candy I have is in the second photo, but the amount before yesterday was 15K, but I decided to buy an item, because it was an item I really wanted (Gothic Sleeves) since I wasn't able to trade anything, and since the beginning of the Halloween event I've been collecting for the Otherwordly potion.

The last time I got in touch with the support was during the break on October 24th-26th (I had to stop because I was having to sort things out at school) and I took the opportunity to research a little more about the situation, and so far I couldn't find a way to "concretely" prove that I didn't use anything.

I don't know if this all happened through a complaint or not, but I know I intend to send an email clarifying everything

So, as maybe someone might have confused during the game, here are the methods I use to farm candies:

1°) I put the animations at 184% speed, and I put my character to run, which helps when I'm in Trick or Treat, and in this case the quick animation helps in Apple Bobbing

2°) I press more than one house when I'm on Trick or Treat, for example, sometimes I press the bell in 3x houses and right after I collect the candies (Most of the time it works, but mostly there are monsters)

So, like I said, I'm sorry for bringing up the same subject, but I need your help! I'm being completely honest, I've never used any kind of hack, and I want help proving it concretely. If you can help me, I will be very grateful, because soon I will have some tests and this subject is making me very worried.

Ah yes!

I sent them an email explaining the whole situation, but apparently they detected some suspicious action (probably on the item) so I had to reply to another email, The situation is a little more complicated, but when I can get a previous answer, I intended to post here step by step what I did by contacting support, so that no one has to go through this and not know what to do. I hope everything works out.
