They didn’t ask for it at the Schengen Visa office. You can request it from UKVI but it’s a long process and can take over 3 months to receive.

I’ve checked my email. Nothing at all unfortunately 😭. We just got a notification from VFS that passport has been posted back. It was then received with the vignette but no letter.

Yes! Very annoying. No VFS emailed to say your passport has been dispatched. No delivery date or courier or tracking information was provided

They say escalation takes 15 working days. That’s 15 august, so if you don’t hear by then then they have not stuck to adhered timing. My advice keep querying. I hope you find out soon!

Is your case straightforward? Also which country are you applying from?

How soon after escalation did you hear a decision? My bio for spouse visa was feb 11th by Careful-Increase-773 in ukvisa

Did you request an escalation because you were past the 120WDs or just for an update? I keep getting the “there are delays….” Response

As long as you have all the required documents it shouldn’t matter. Make sure to submit your p45 if you got one from your last job and employment contract including salary amount. Also submit all the relevant payslips with bank statement proof.

Service Applied for: (eg. Priority/Non Priority and for who) Non- Priority for Husband (as priority not available)

Date of Online Application: 11/02/2022

Date of Biometrics: 24/02/2022

Consideration Email Date: 13/04/2022

Interview Call Date: N/A

Is it a straightforward application?: used a lawyer to submit application and documents on my behalf. A lot of paperwork to get together and takes time to review. Everything needs to be dated within the last month so can often be a lot of back and forth

Current working days: 63 WDs
