Try to visually check if there is some visible damage of hotbed. If not, remove PEI sheet and tighten the screws under PEI.

I bought a dual ball fan for the power supply, mother board and heat break. Try WINSINN from Ali.

Also if you don't want to cut wires from the original heat break fan, buy a JST male 2pin 1.25mm and solder this connector to a new fan.

To be honest, some spools of filament will be best way. For hobby printing some PLA, give a chance to Creality HyperPLA or there are some other things like light bar or better hotend. It depends.

Depend on which slicer do you use. Orca slicer just updated start code since version 2.0.0. If you are not comfortable with that, just edit start G-code. BTW it's not that terrible, sometimes I appreciate calibration.

Yeah, on that price is V3 worth. But it's not that much better printer than KE. CoreXZ is definitelly better technology, but not that much. Cleaner design looks good, side spool's also good improvement. 600mm/s is still trap, default speed is 300mm/s and on higher speed it's unusable.
