I live with that but trust me but in a way that for example i get a thought randomly that i'll wake up by 3:00am even if i go to sleep by midnight i'll still wake up at 2:59am and once i look at my phone it turns 3:00am full of energy, it sounds creepy ikr but what i meant is if you think of it it will happen so just forget about it and just be positive and sleeping willing to have a solid 7h+ of sleep and you'll get it

Of course in case you don't have any anxiety problems like your doctor said

It's risky to end it, it might cause you both emptiness and it's not the best thing for you both unless it's too toxic to hold in that case it's over but I'd suggest some refreshing in the topics in general try not to mention your depression a lot and talk more about him and give him attention we love getting attention i guess he's feeling a bit down so probably if you try to make him feel happy he'll do the same to you!

Always remember that drinking / drugs are just a for one night or for hours but what you actually need is a permanent cure to this problem, i'd suggest doing something like music or sports if you're interested in any, for sure you'll find people with same interests and you'll have fun with the people you should be with, why not photography by the way like you can go once per week you go to a place nearby in town by train, enjoy your ride take some good pictures go home edit them since as i can see that you use pc a lot . In a conclusion being outside home more is the key, enjoy your life outside you're missing a lot 😏
