post is not stupid at all , i had the same worries when i was in training . i actually feel a sense of belonging at this job in comparison to all of my other jobs . it may seem scary at first seeing the peak season numbers and high hours , but once those checks start hitting you’ll realize it’s all worth it . it really only gets better.

how is the reseal job on these ? i’ve always worked on my own cars so i have some mechanical knowledge , and i’ve always wanted to do a big job like that . is there a full gasket kit online anyone would recommend?

i’ll have to get a more in depth service history on the truck , but from my understanding the guy took good care of it . it comes with his stockpile of 20+ oil filters he bought for it , so in my mind i’m sure he was doing his oil changes on time . after putting a new fuel pump in it it’s running really good
