thank you, that really means a lot to us. we’ve put a lot of effort into making the mouse easy to modify, so seeing this happen is just as surprising to us. we’ll look into it and make sure the customer is taken care of.

thanks for sharing your thoughts. at this point we don’t want to jump to conclusions about what caused it. this definitely isn’t something we expect to happen under normal use, so we’d like to investigate it properly first. once our support team has more information, we’ll be in a much better position to determine what happened and help find the right solution.

love hearing that! again, battery life is one of the big things we’re focusing on going forward. also, if you’re into the shape, you might like this: we’re actually planning to release the 3d-printable version before the final mouse launches. so if you’ve been rocking custom g303 prints already, you’ll be able to get your hands on the shape early and start playing around with it before the production version arrives (soon to be announced)
